"My favourite book!"

5

Every home should have this book. I prefer it to all Julia Donaldson's other books including the Gruffalo. The rhyme and repetition throughout make it almost 'readable' by small children. Excellent!

lovely story

My 12 month old is a little young to sit through this story but I still read it to her because its so lovely and I like it. I am sure this will become a favourite once her attention span is long enough!

Room on the Broom

Fantastic story ! My 16 month old son loves this book. I only have to say 'is there room on the broom' and he runs for the book. Another bonus is that it is fun to read as a parent so we both enjoy reading it.

Fab, highly recommended

My 18 month old son adores this book, he shouts "DOWN!" in all the right places and points to all the animals and makes the noises, without a doubt one of his (and my!) favourite books!

Best children's book ever!!

My 18 month old loves this book so much that he now finishes the end of each line for me! Amazing illustrations and great story which will keep both children and parents amused for years to come. Very highly recommended for any age.

In our home we needed a back-up copy....just in case (my two year old daughter loves it that much!) Lovely rhymes and illustrations from this fab team. Can't rave on about it enough - highly recommended!!!

Great for toddlers who have a good attention span

I love this book, my 2.5 year old isn't that keen as the story is a bit too long for him and he has a short attention span.

night after night

I bought this for my 2 year old son but his sister who is nearly 6 loves the story too. A book that appears night after night for their bedtime story.

Brilliant story that is perfect for reading aloud and is great for babies as well as slightly older children (and the adult reader!) The story is full of surprises and the rhymes are clever and engaging.

A wonderful bedtime story from 1 year and up. The rhythmical words engage children in the story. My children know exactly when the witch will tap her broomstick next! One of the best books I've come across, but then again the whole range of these books are excellent.
