Two dead bodies have been found. One on the grounds of the Holmes Manor where young Sherlock is staying for the summer. But all is not as it seems. Even though the giant swellings on the dead bodies may look like another outbreak of the plague, Sherlock is sure they have something to do with the strange warehouse and the mysterious baron... Read as Sherlock tries to piece the mystery together with the help of his tutor, Amyus Crowe, Amyus' daughter Virginia and a street urchin named Matty. This adventurous and audacious tale is the perfect read for anyone who likes a good mystery.
1Sherlock Holmes is just a boy when he gets sent away from his home because his mother becomes ill and his father doesn't have time to look after him. Sherlock doesn't want to leave his old life behind even though he didn't like it much, he would much rather live with it than go to live in an unfamiliar place with no one he knew around him. But during his time staying at his uncle and aunt Sherrinford's house somewhere or another, two people die and although young, Holmes sets out investigating. Once he helps solve the case and also becoming a hero it shows that that is only the start of a legend. But will Holmes mother get better and will he for once, fit in?
