"Excellent Books for New Readers"
The whole collection of Superphonics books are highly logical and easy to read, once a child has been taught to sound out individual letters and later blend them together. They are organised in different colour schemes (dark blue being the easiest and turquoise being the most difficult). The Green Collection is the second stage and, in my experience, children find them lots of fun and manageable.
