"Allie Finkle's Rules For Girls"
Allie is happy where she is. Even though she has a best friend who cries a lot and to annoying brothers, she is happy(ish). But when her parents think they need to move, Allie doesn't like it. She doesn't like the house, which to her, feels spooky, even though it is very close to their favourite ice cream place. Then she meets their next-door-neighbours-to-be and decides that it might not be so bad.
