About this item

Young babies from 0+ will adore the simple rhyming text and the repetition of the words as the little sleep-resistant bunny whispers goodnight to all the familiar objects in his room. This is the ideal story to add to your bedtime, winding-down routine. Fans of Goodnight Moon will also love Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney.

""Vintage classic""
In an age where most of my 7-month-old's books are flashy, this book is a classic. I believe it was written something like 50 years plus ago and it goes to show it's stood the test of time. We read it differently to his other books as it's nice to keep up the rhyme when reading it. Although at the moment he wants to touch every page to see if it's a touch and feel book, I think he'll appreciate it more as he gets older.

""A Must Have""
My mother's friend bought this for my daughter's 1st birthday and we have read it every single night since. She is now 26 months old. It is a simple story saying goodnight to everything in bunny's bedroom. The pace is slow and calm, it has rhyme without being too 'sing song', simply the perfect book to wind down to. A definite must have on every child's bookshelf.

""Magical""
This book is really special. My son is nearly 2 and he discovered it recently at nursery. There are few words, just saying goodnight to everything in the room, and lots of subtle details in the pictures, eg the clock goes forward as the bunny rabbit gets closer to going to sleep. And when I read it to him it really calms him and gets him into sleep mode. We all love this book, it's magical.
