This book was absolutely brilliant...I would definitely recommend it.The Look is about a fifteen-year-old girl called Ted. When Ted goes out for the day with her big sister, Ava, a model agency spots her and thinks that she could be the next big thing. Ted has never been into makeup and fashion and thinks that her hair looks a bit like a bird's nest, so she has no clue whatsoever about whether or not to become a model. Ted's modelling decision becomes even more complicated when her big sister, Ava is diagnosed with cancer. Ted and Ava have always been very close, so Ted has to make the biggest decision of her life, on her own.
This book was absolutely brilliant and is really hard to put down. I would definitely recommend it to any girls over the age of about 10. I would definitely give it a 10/10.
