Delivery
Our delivery service
We have a proven record of getting your books to you on time. We use a nationally recognised parcel delivery service for all orders, so whether you use our standard delivery or next day express delivery service you can be assured of reliable and fast service.
You will only pay one postage and packaging cost on each order, regardless of how many books you order.

Please note: These delivery times are only applicable to online orders. Telephone or mail order delivery times may vary.

Delivery restrictions
*Important notice to all Highlands and Islands customers in Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles
We are very sorry, but due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver within 5 working days to the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD8-11, GY, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV21-56, JE, KA27-38, KW15-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3. Please allow seven working days for delivery to these areas.
We are currently unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers.
Overseas delivery
Red House are happy to deliver books worldwide; however, we can only take orders for international delivery by phone or mail. Please call customer services on 0845 606 4288 if you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK, including to BFPO addresses.
About our delivery times
All of our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday to Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery by. Delivery times may vary during our busiest trading periods.
You are able to track all of your orders online (including postal and telephone orders) in the 'My Account' area of the site. Find out more about order tracking
If your order is overdue and your order tracking account doesn't state that the order has been despatched, please contact our customer services by calling 0845 606 4288 or using our enquiries form and we will be happy to help trace your order for you.
